Getaway India understands that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be transparent and fair while considering third-party supplier rules.
- Cancellation by Customer
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
The following cancellation charges apply:
- 30 days or more before departure: Only Service charges + supplier fees non-refundable
- 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total package cost non-refundable
- 7–14 days before departure: 75% of total package cost non-refundable
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% non-refundable
- Non-Refundable Services
Certain services such as:
- Flight tickets
- Train tickets
- Permits
- Special hotel bookings
may be non-refundable as per supplier policies.
- Cancellation by Getaway India
In rare cases where we cancel a trip due to unavoidable circumstances, customers will be offered:
- An alternative travel date or package
- A refund after deducting non-recoverable costs
- No Show Policy
No refunds will be provided for:
- No-shows
- Early departures
- Unused services
- Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method
- Amendments
Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
