- Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings are subject to availability
- A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment
- Booking confirmations will be shared via email or WhatsApp
- Payments
- Payment schedules will be communicated at the time of booking
- Failure to make payments on time may result in cancellation
- Prices are subject to change until full payment is received
- Pricing & Inclusions
- Prices are based on current tariffs and availability
- Package inclusions and exclusions will be clearly mentioned in itineraries
- Any services not mentioned are considered excluded
- Travel Documents
It is the responsibility of the traveler to carry valid documents such as:
- Government-issued ID
- Passport and visa (for international travel)
- Permits required for restricted areas
Getaway India is not responsible for denied entry due to invalid documents.
- Changes & Amendments
We reserve the right to modify itineraries, hotels, or transport due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational constraints
- Supplier unavailability
Equivalent alternatives will be provided wherever possible.
- Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Refunds depend on supplier policies and timelines.
- Force Majeure
Getaway India shall not be held responsible for events beyond our control including:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest
- Pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Flight or transport disruptions
- Liability & Responsibility
- We are not responsible for loss, injury, accidents, or delays during travel
- Travelers are responsible for their belongings
- Participation in adventure activities is at the traveler’s own risk
- Traveler Conduct
We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler:
- Engages in illegal activities
- Causes disruption or harm
- Violates local laws or customs
- Acceptance of Terms
